CDL-USA's Job Vault offers free listing space to carriers offering jobs for new or inexperienced drivers. As a CDL-USA member you can review these any time. You can apply for any Job Vault position when you think you're ready. There is no limit to the number you apply for but the better you're prepared, the sooner you will get the job you want. With CDL-USA you can also compare different CDL school options in your state, check out different jobs geared toward your goals, and feel confident about your decision to become a professional driver.
Carriers use our Career Coaching Program to obtain and retain good drivers. They call it recruiting. We guarantee the driver's success with the carriers or the carriers don't pay us the coaching sponsor fees. We call it good coaching. The coaching packages are designed for you to succeed. It's a career coaching program not a recruiting program. Carriers will not contact you until you say its ok. Time is too valuable to waste on jobs that don't fit. Completing the coaching packages you chose will help you find jobs that fit.

Drivers are eligible for all CDL-USA services at no cost and do not have to participate. You can drop membership anytime. Just let us know. Current Driver Situation

There are over 1,740,000 heavy and tractor trailer drivers in the U.S. according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Driver turnover is anywhere from 70% to over 100% per year!
This isn't good for drivers and isn't good for carriers. This tells us these drivers went to work in the wrong job with the wrong employer or many carriers just hired the wrong drivers for the wrong jobs.
"Wrong" doesn't mean "bad". It just means it wasn't a good fit.
A divorce doesn't mean someone is "bad". It means the marriage wasn't a good fit. Unfortunately, everyone suffers in a divorce and drivers as well as carriers suffer from turnover.
